To celebrate our 50th birthday we’re offering a £50 three course menu including some of our favourite drinks for the month of November.

Salmon duet; smoked & avocado; rillettes & pickled vegetables

Chicken liver parfait, red onion chutney, brioche toast

MAIN COURSE

Pan-fried fillet of sea bass, leek confit, parsnip purée, romanesco

Roasted Welsh lamb rump, potato dauphinoise, spinach, rosemary jus

Organic chargrilled chicken breast, potatoes rösti, garlic French beans

Aubergine parmigiana
